Welcome to our streetwear & lifestyle fashion store. This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing and shipping do not operate on weekends, national holidays, and store official off-days.
Pre-order, limited edition, collaboration and new arrival items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping time displayed on the product page.
Shipping Regions
We provide worldwide shipping to most countries across North America, Europe, Oceania and Southeast Asia.
We reserve the right to suspend shipping to sanctioned, restricted, high-risk regions for legal and logistics safety reasons.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, package weight and order value.
Free shipping service is available when your order reaches the minimum spending threshold set for your region.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard international shipping transit time is 7–15 business days.
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs inspection, local postal delays, bad weather, holiday peak season or airline arrangement are beyond our control, and we will not provide compensation for ordinary delivery delays.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All import duties, local sales tax, VAT and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Our store does not undertake any additional customs charges.
If the package is returned, abandoned or rejected due to the buyer’s refusal to pay tariffs, we reserve the right to refuse partial or full refund and deduct generated return shipping fees.
Tracking & Damaged / Lost Goods
After shipment, we will send the official tracking number and tracking link to your registered email.
If your package is lost, stuck in transit or damaged on arrival, please contact customer support within 48 hours with valid photo evidence.
We will assist you to negotiate and claim compensation with the logistics carrier.
Order Modification & Refusal
Address modification is only available before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
Customer unreasonable refusal of delivery will bear all round-trip shipping and customs costs.
